Mahalo to Mrs. Glennis Ooka and her Work Readiness III Program students for delivering yummy Halloween treats to us. Here's what Mrs. Ooka wrote:
Our students will be delivering goody boxes ....[that] are simple designs from a lesson shared with us by Robin Curammeng. It is a drawing exercise called Zentangle and the kids love doing it! Almost everyone in the class did one or two boxes. They are creative and it really came out great.
Inside the boxes are some chocolate dipped candies that we have done for you. The students ,,, learned how to work with chocolate. We practiced the other day and we chose the best chocolatiers to produce today's candies. The rest concentrated on packaging.
