The proper technique (looks like someone needs help with left and right)
- grab your right ear lobe with your LEFT thumb and index fingers
- thumb needs to be facing out (place directly beside the cheek)
- grab your left ear lobe with the right thumb and index fingers
- press your tongue against the upper part of your mouth (I forgot this part!) Keeps everyone quiet!
- as you INHALE, bend your knees and pull your body downward
- EXHALE as you bring your body back up to starting position
- Do this 14 times for maximum results
